Carbon Based Lifeforms - Karkassi - 04-17-2016
My all-time favourite of the ambient/chillout/psybient/whatever genre. This was also an quite revelation to me that there are long-time laborers for this kind of music, and that it's not just trance/house/party artists that can successfully record and tour for years. There are so many great modern ambient/space ambient artists in the underground that never really get to the point of physical releases. Therefore i can't even describe how excited i am to hear Blood Music releasing CBL on VINYL!
What albums from them are you going to release and what's the situation with them? And what's the overall take on this kind of music? Are there more such groups that you've tried to contact with the idea of physical releases or that you'd love to? Other fellow forumsters' take on the genre?

And yup glad to see that people are into this band! I'm a huge fan of electronic ambient, and glad to be working with some of the masters in the genre!

Oh man.
There is a literally cool bar at Circular Quay in Sydney, as in, it is all made of ice inside. Glasses, seats, tables etc are all carved from ice. It's actually completely overpriced and perhaps more a novelty for tourists. Anyway, I can't help but feel this band would have the perfect soundtrack for a jaunt there. Too bad the venue feels tepid pop is better placed. Not even good pop.

Next to come for pre-order.
Release will not be until end of summer, however. A very long pre-order period, as I need to find time to take a holiday in there.

Really looking forward to these and an end of summer, autumn release sounds good to me,
but it would be nice to know when the pre-orders will begin.
Also I agree with those who wish for a bundle deal here, if possible.
Anyway, These will be some of the best (re-)releases this year I think.
