RE: PERTURBATOR - Bestial Lupulus - 05-06-2016

Really digging this album. Perfect pace of fast and slow songs!

RE: PERTURBATOR - Ferag - 05-06-2016

It's his best......I lvoed the others very much but this album....I listened to it twice today at work...and will more tomorrow! All the songs are just perfect and the Bonus tracks are awesome too....

Thanks both of you for the amazing release!

RE: PERTURBATOR - Blood Music - 05-06-2016

So glad everyone is digging it. :] I've heard the album probably 300 times by now literally, haha.

Packing like hell, I think that # of 1500 packages by this evening is relatively accurate, but the orders are coming in faster than I can process them! I think I'll be on the shipping duty of this album pretty heavily for at least a month. Maybe more, damn.

RE: PERTURBATOR - Al Hungerstrike - 05-06-2016

Oh my god. This album is so good. More dynamic, and layered than ever. Can't get enough. 5th spin today. Although when playing it on the train a commuter saw those offensive android tits. What should I do in placing a grievance? ;-)

RE: PERTURBATOR - Blood Music - 05-06-2016

Some people suggested swapping out the special edition cover (the new pentagram). Or the back cover.

Prediction - a lot of angry people that their orders didn't ship today.

I saw several people saying they can't wait to hold it in their hands physically today. I can kinda see how people would get confused, but how could anyone REALLY expect that the orders would be shipped with such a method that I could 100% accurately predict a record would arrive to a rural town in Germany on the specific release date, etc.? I mean, it would be even physically impossible for the post office / UPS / whoever themselves to pull that off accurately, haha.

Alright, we're gonna pimp out the bonus EP today .. then I'll make an update tomorrow about shipping. Wink

SOoooooooo glad everyone's loving it like I've been loving it for nearly a year now!!!

RE: PERTURBATOR - petep1981 - 05-06-2016

Had a couple of listens while I prefer the energy in Dangerous Days, its nice to see the change in direction (more slow/darker).

I really dig the "Vangelis-eqse" song Fem-Fatale, nice relaxing song at 5  in the morning travelling to work haha, looking forward to my box set arriving soon.

RE: PERTURBATOR - RevolvingImages - 05-06-2016

#1 seller in Bandcamp!

RE: PERTURBATOR - hugo - 05-06-2016

My order shipped today! Still holding off from streams until I can spin the wax. I'm super strong willed. Except when it comes to buying vinyl, then I have no control.

RE: PERTURBATOR - Blood Music - 05-06-2016

#1 AND #2 on Bandcamp. Wink

RE: PERTURBATOR - kadaver - 05-06-2016

Congrats! That's awesome.

Quote:9. Diabolus Ex-Machina (originally titled Deconstruction)
This is a fast one. It’s the first of a “trilogy” of tracks ending with The Cult of 2112. They’re the heaviest tracks on the album. People expect me to get really heavy on this album, so I made these 3 tracks that play one after the other. You could see them as a single track, but I think you can listen to each one individually as well. The song starts really fast, there’s a solo and it ends on something really heavy that transition into Assault.
10. Assault
The title being a reference to the John Carpenter movie?
Exactly. With Assault, we have the opposite as on the previous track; it starts heavy and ends on a break. It’s got some of the heaviest parts of the album, with the huge distortion and guitars that you might’ve heard in the teaser.

11. The Cult of 2112
The title is a reference to Rush I imagine?
Exactly. It’s the most brutal track of the album. It’s super heavy, super satanic and whatnot. It’s got an orgue, a choir… It’s also the shortest track on the album and it’s really fast.
(Dan Terminus is soundchecking in the background) It’s kinda like that! No, it’s better! (Laughs)

I've only had two listens so far, but this track description was really accurate. These are probably my favorites. The bonus EP has some great stuff as well.
