I liked it, but the ending was clearly made up the day of shooting it like they've said in interviews

I didn't like it as much as I wanted to. Soundtrack is pretty good though.

"Rogue One - A Star Wars Story"
Genuinely great. Even somebody who's not into Star Wars will enjoy this as a character driven standalone sci-fi adventure. There's a lot of nods to the existing films, but it's done in a way that's relevant to the developing story, not the cheesy nostalgic throwaway manner that the prequels were guilty of.
The third act is just breathtaking. And brutal. "The Force Awakens" may have been a great return to form for Star Wars films, but "Rogue One" is a great film, full stop.

Rogue One was really good. The only thing that took away some of the enjoyment was that CGI character, I hated it and it distracted me a bit.
