RE: Death Metal - Punkage - 08-24-2016 My mates band put out their debut album recently...old school death metal https://youtu.be/Lo0T3qhGtYE https://dunkelheitprod.bandcamp.com/album/forced-back-to-life RE: Death Metal - kadaver - 08-29-2016 "Originally released in 2008 by the band themselves, "Primordial Dominion" is a 40+ minute trip of madness that definitely deserved a wider and massive distribution. Everlasting Spew Records is revamping this psychedelic slab of death infused metal with a new Slipcase CD version and Vinyl and Digital versions for the first time ever. Skeleton Of God, based in Denver, Colorado, took form from the ashes of Hideous Corpse and helped forging Death Metal and Brutal Death Metal back in the 90s with their debut EP "Urine Garden" showing everybody that there were no boundaries in the genre. "Primordial Dominion" continues this way, a trip definitely without any kind of limitation, incorporating huge doses of psychedelia, mind bending doomish passages and severe attacks of grinding death metal." https://everlastingspewrecords.bandcamp.com/ RE: Death Metal - Emplate - 09-13-2016 New Krypts track online. Fuck, this sounds awesome! https://darkdescentrecords.bandcamp.com/track/entrailed-to-the-breaking-wheel RE: Death Metal - Blood Music - 09-13-2016 ^^^ wow that sounds pretty amazing. RE: Death Metal - Emplate - 09-13-2016 Yep! Also, finally got around listening to Ulcerate's preview track and it sounded great as well. Krypts, Setentia, Ulcerate, Scum... How is a poor university student supposed to afford all this awesome death metal coming out? Well, at least I've already paid for Setentia, so I don't have to worry about that. RE: Death Metal - Blood Music - 09-13-2016 Buy some this year and some next, I guess?
RE: Death Metal - Emplate - 09-13-2016 I suppose I have to :D I plan to work full time next year, let's see what my girlfriend has to say when I drown myself in records :D RE: Death Metal - Emplate - 09-22-2016 Good (and expensive) days to dig death metal; In addition to some interesting albums coming out, there's also some really nice gigs in the horizon! This Saturday, 24th September, Helsinki Deathfest will take place @ Oranssi. There will be 10 bands performing, including Necropsy, God Disease, Galvanizer, Mörbid Vomit, Oksennus etc. https://www.facebook.com/events/1571803909778238/ A little over two weeks from now, on Friday 7th October, Master will take over Lepakkomies' stage. They've visited Finland several times before, but I've always managed to miss them, but no more. Too bad the Tampere show has better warm-up acts in Purtenance, Lie in Ruins and Kuolema, but oh well... https://www.facebook.com/events/301400733551184/ RE: Death Metal - Godflesh - 09-22-2016 It really sucks that I can't make it to the Helsinki Death Fest. Period.
