Howdy folks,

We've all been here a little while now, and whilst the vast majority of visitors here will continue to display an acceptable level of etiquette and respect for differing opinions, we have to be prepared for the occasional person trying to ruin things for others.

Thus, a few general rules pre-empting potential future badness:

1) No customer service requests through these forums. Period. If you have a particular request, please contact the customer service rep via the form at this link. Ignoring this rule will result in a warning from one of the Moderators in the first instance, whilst persistent offenders will be banned.

2) No personal attacks or blatant trolling. We all like a bit of banter and the occasional wind-up, but don't go too far. Offenders will receive an explanation of why their behaviour was offensive alongside a warning in the first instance; persistent bell-ends will be smashed by Thy Mighty Moderator Ban-hammer.

3) Do not post direct links to unofficial downloads (leaks, torrents, etc). Certainly most of us like to "try before you buy", and there's no harm in letting people know that a particular album has leaked. However, posting direct links may result in Blood Music being dragged into an "illegal file-sharing" dispute, so don't do it. First time offenders will be warned and their links deleted, persistent offenders will be cyber-bummed by the aforementioned ban-hammer.

Generally, you're very unlikely to go wrong if you embrace the immortal words of Bill S. Preston (Esquire) and Ted "Theodore" Logan:

BE EXCELLENT TO EACH OTHER.   Smile

Thanks for reading, and thanks for being here!

Thanks man. :]

I really have to avoid all customer service requests. There is someone else handling customer service requests for a reason now. I have really a lot of tasks at the label, and I just can't do it anymore. So, it has to be understood I'm not trying to be a dick, but I literally don't have the time for it anymore. Someone else is much be better suited to doing that so I can focus on keeping everything else in line!

Otherwise - yeah, just don't flame for the sake of flaming and most everything else is cool. Going to sticky this post.

Hope everyone that's joined so far is interested enough. I check in whenever I can, and it's been a great place to trade information around about music/films I haven't seen discussed much on other forums.
