we should have opened a "wants" section. I had a copy of that split in my hands but put it back because I was already spending too much, but I could have scored it for someone :/ I was #43 out of 300 in line so the store is probably picked clean by now.

There's this Forum for wants, trades, selling:

PJ Harvey: Is This Desire? -LP (original pressing)

It turned up with huge water damage. I breathed a huge sigh of relief as the main this, the vinyl, is still in NM- condition. However, there is brownish discoloration and creases covering 3/4 of the inner and outer sleeves. It's going to be a bitch to look for a replacement sleeve for this, as even copies with VG vinyl cost well over €100. It's just so ugly and the outer sleeve stain smells faintly of smoke/tar. Like someone spilled a pint of rauchbier on it. NOT happy at the moment!!

I'll be honest - the premiere tracks I heard on the new JC album didn't move me, and I've been a huge fan of his for decades.  I'll have to check the whole record, but I heard 2-3 tracks off this one and didn't get much at all out of them.

Same here, i feel like the less is more approach works for his style. When I listen to the soundtrack for "They Live" or "Escape from New York" and even the first lost themes album they all have a mood that the music brings out. Not feeling it with this release, but who knows, I may change my mind down the road.

Picked up CDs of the new Atomikylä and Alkerdeel at Roadburn. Former sounds awesome. About to listen to the latter.

where the shit is my Arktis? haha!

oh but my CoL - Mariner on yellow wax showed up, it is beautiful (from my instagram)

Hey did anyone here who ordered the Mariner vinyl off of the indierec/tiger in Norway, get a free copy on CD? I just got one, just checking if it was common or they messed up my order and sent a CD instead. I've never ordered from indie Norway before.
black vinyl can always wait.
