I need to check out new Babymetal already, as a fan of J-pop and metal I thought I'd love them, but something seems really off with the first album, there's only three or so songs I actually like, the rest ranges from mediocre to awful (Gimme Chocolate! is right at the bottom of that spectrum, why did that song have to be the popular one?) but I was hoping that the new album might get me more interested. That said, I've always been more towards the post-metal/melodeath/doom metal side of things and Babymetal is none of those.

Anyway, actually on topic, just relistened to Caspian's Dust and Disquiet and man, is it good. A friend of mine recommended Caspian to me as we're both post-rock nerds so I knew it'd be something worth checking out, but I wasn't quite expecting to be this impressed.
