I feel like I have to bring this here since he's decided not to reply to me.
I received a damaged copy of Perturbator's Uncanny Valley-a limited edition that cost me over $70 no less. I brought this to his attention that all sleeves of the record were damaged and all I was requesting were replacement sleeves, that's it. He openly acknowledged that "unfortunately there was a possibility for a handful of the boxes to not arrive in 100% perfect condition due to how we had to pack them." I provided pictures and then I received this as an option:
"Sorry about the delay! If you order some more vinyl in the next month or two, we'll toss in the replacement sleeves at no charge. If you weren't planning on ordering anything else in the near future, we can send them to you at the cost of the shipping (though it won't be very cheap, as someone ships on the label's behalf in USA and will charge for it)."
Really? I need to order MORE from Blood Music OR pay an absurd fee...for a problem they acknowledged would happen. After I replied I heard nothing for 5 days and now I'm here. This is absolutely bottom of the barrel customer service.
