As mentioned in the auto-reply - the customer service is not managed by me but someone else part time. As mentioned in the ordering rules of the shop (and most vinyl-heavy shops I believe), buying is at your own risk due to postal mishandling. What the customer service person is offering you is a compromise. The materials you request cost quite a fee to produce, so the fact that the materials are made available for free are a compromise. In the history of the label, only 3-4 people from memory ever had a problem with that compromise.
