Those have actually been in my possession for quite some time now, but it wasn't until today that my HiFi-Dude found the time to come and help me with the setup. Feels so good to finally be able to listen to my records again. Got quite some catching up to do.
Been away for quite some time but happy to read good news like these.
Congratulations for the new setup! Have a Rega TT myself. RP3/RP6 mashup anniversary thingy called Studio Brahmfeld Edition that was sold some years ago when they turned 40. Doesn't have a button so on/off and 33/45 speed controll is managed via the TTPSU.
The Rega turntables run a tad bit too fast. If you want the "perfect numbers" you could check the speed of yours with the smartphone app RPM calculator for example. Just put the phone with the running app on the platter and turn the thing on. And decide for yourself.
And if it is too fast you could get a "little belter" from Edwards audio for example once you have to change the belt, or even earlier when you want the most perfect speed precision!

This thing is a little bit wider and just does the job!
Thank you for being so happy for me

For the moment, happiness forbids to put myself through any sort of "stress" regarding that matter, but I shall consider it when the time comes.
Next up will be the general overhaul of the Naim Unity One. The display has pretty much given up completely, and word is that they renew the whole thing for about 600€. For me, that is really ouch, but if the reward is getting the equipment returned in mint conditiion, I guess it's worth it. But then again: more weeks without music ahead
.
One hundred billion dollars!
