Weird. My brother usually gets charged 7eur to ship 2LPs to the US using DHL.

They didn't include a share button so click this if you want to listen to an advance track off of Vikingligr. Sounds pretty decent to my mundane ears. http://teamrock.com/feature/2016-08-04/e...l-debut-lp
black vinyl can always wait.

Already out of print, both stores... so I guess I'll wait for the regular edition.
BTW, is it just me or 150 copies for the limited edition is way too low for a reissue that was very anticipated for years?

For those interested, Burning Shed has the Opeth book available for pre-order with much more affordable shipping than Rocket Books (the official publisher).
£13 for shipping to Canada (and I guess US too) instead of £35.77 for the cheapest option with Rocket Books.

I nearly went for it too... but then figured paying £30 (including shipping) was a ridiculous price. Regular edition is already up on Amazon (UK: £16.10 US: $24.28).

Also on Amazon is a pre-order for Morbid Angels "Gateways To Annihilation" (£12.93!), released on 26 Aug...  Nuclear Blast are stocking it too. Nothing on Earache's website though... I've got a feeling that this a repress of the 2014 US reissue, so a CD master, not one of Earaches FDR releases. Meh.

I listened to the album again. I remember not liking the album previously, but now that I listen to it years later I found that I actually liked it now, so I grabbed the green one.

New Alcest track posted, if anyone wanted a kick in the arse to preorder. Not quite an instant classic, but's blackgaze, so I see the Écailles de Lune comparison. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jwE5FG-pIdk

I've probably never been this excited about new music. Oiseaux de proie is bloody amazing. Deffo didn't expect black vocals.

New Alcest was better than expected, sounds better than the last album. Weirdly I could've done without the black vocals and it would've been a perfect track, don't think the band needs em anymore, the riffing says it all.
