I really want to dig more into that record, it was mentioned in the 'best of year' thread on the FB page a couple times and I took a quick listen, sounded great. Oof, I need to get back to that thread, there were so many suggestions it gave me a headache first go through, haha. Maybe in a few weeks I'll dig in, really wanna see what I missed this year.

I haven't dared to take a look at the FB thread yet. I took a glance at work and it had something like 150 comments already. I decided that I better listen to my own purchases first and then come back to that.

Ordered today:

Void Omnia - "Dying Light" LP
Thrawsunblat - "Metachthonia" blue/white/clear 2LPs
Sepultura - "The Roadrunner Albums 1985-1996" 6LP box

Also, my missus is shit at hiding pressies, so I know I'm getting the following tomorrow:

Anathema -"Weather Systems" 2LP
Enslaved - "The Sleeping Gods/Thorn" LP
My Dying Bride - "As The Flower Withers" 2LP
Paradise Lost - "Gothic" LP

I've got her all five Stone Sour albums on vinyl, plus their two RSD covers EPs... I've had to cobble that together over the last two weeks after the Evanescence box was delayed. She'll be happy though, lol.

I'm on the fence with the Sepultura box and Thrawsunblat. I'm wondering whether the Sepultura Rhino reissues are worth it. I'm not sure they beat the first pressings.

For me the Sepultura one is a commodity, I do not have to find any other pressings, so yeah, I hope it sounds good.

To be honest, I don't hold out much hope for the Sepultura box, as the Pantera one that Rhino threw out before wasn't much cop. And squeezing all of "Roots" on a single LP? Cheap.
