I'm on the fence with the Anathema. I didn't find anything to like about in their latest album, so I'm a bit wary.

I loved "Distant Satellites", though I never expected too. That new track is okay, I've always been intrigued by Anathemas progression since I saw them open for Paradise Lost in '95. Fuck I'm old.

The first official Ghost in the Shell Ost since 1995 is up for preorder. There will be a standard 12'' and a complete edition with an additional 7''. It seems that both will have a 24 page liner notes booklet. So far I have seen them at deejay.de and transmissionrecords.uk The only issue I have is the fact that they used the same cover as the one on the bootleg edition--so much wasted potential--
