I hate myself and bought a cheap Devin Townsend Project - Synchestra on vinyl. It was $15 so it wasn't that bad.
black vinyl can always wait.

Hey, I bought Ziltoid on vinyl, even though I heard it was shit. I just love that album.

Finally got hold of my copy of the first Terminator soundtrack on the Milan label. Was supervised by Brad Fiedel himself and mastered for vinyl so it sounds fantastic.

Thank god they got this release right.

I like images so i'll post one.

Caladan Brood - Echoes of Battle
The Devil's Blood - The Time of No Time Evermore
Warning - Watching From a Distance

Glad they made another print of the tremendous Caladan Brood debut. Best of the Summoning copycats!

I managed to survive April without buying anything. My wallet thanks me for that \o/

Cheap as in price or in quality? I was thinking of buying that around christmas as it was priced around the same in euros but ultimately decided to skip it. Good album but not my favourite. Somehow I don't get that strong of an urge to get Devin's albums as vinyls even though I like or even love them a lot.

Except Casualties of Cool. Damn I'd want that one. Somehow it feels like perfect music for vinyl. Can't justify paying 50 euros (+ possible taxes) for it though. Sad

Damn I love that album. Bought it 4 months ago for 10 euros from CDON.com (still the same price) but only started listening to it a couple of weeks ago. It just seems to resonate perfectly at the moment.

Kind of sad now that I missed his concert hall gig in Jyväskylä but shit happens. I had just gotten a flu as well so it's bot that bad. I've heard his live shows are absolutely magnificent. Probably should've started listening to him earlier as I've known for years he's a really talented musician. Better late than never I guess. On the other hand I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have appreciated him quite as much earlier as I do now.

BoB, right? They're the reason I don't have more Devy vinyl. Someone with a clue of how to master and press vinyl needs to acquire those licenses.

That Metallica - Ride the Lightning remaster (the single LP) sounds killer, wasn't loud at all. No bass to be found, tho Sad but I am happy I got it.
