Is memorabilia included separately or included on the exclusive insert that has the liner notes? Now they both are included in the same bullet in the list. If there was actual separate memorabilia, why is it not included as its own bullet?

PO for Europe started this evening; got the limited (200 copies) cream/white splatter edition. :-) And yeah, the new song sounds awesome (as expected)!

Same here--but it somehow feels wrong having to order from Nuclear Blast or EMP (at least in Europe).....
